Complaint: Culligan Auto Place Toyota Dealership, 8135 Main Street, Williamsville, NY 14221, where I purchased my car, has failed to give me the opportunity to take advantage of the Premier Care Extended Warrantee that I purchased, along with my new Toyota Rav 4 in 2004. I paid $1,250. for an extended warrantee that states would be effective for 7 years which I never got the chance to use as my new car warrantee was still in effect when they went out of business. In the meantime, West Herr has taken over Culligan Auto Place and told me that they will not honor the extended warrantee that I purchased. I was also promised free tires for life which West Herr said they would honor on a "one time only" basis. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $1,250. to settle the agreement that I signed on June 19, 2004. I have been extremely happy with my Toyota Rav 4 and would definitely consider purchasing another Toyota as long as I feel Toyota has accommodated my needs and kept up their end of the contract.
