Complaint: I received a derogatory message from the Tony Divino Toyota Service Manager Michael Lawton in the early morning hours of December 27, 2007.
I have never met nor heard of Mike Lawton. As far as I know, he has never met me, but Mike Lawton sent me a personal message calling me names and generally being abusive. Apparently he doesn't like the fact that Toyota Sucks.
I have no idea why Tony Divino Toyota would want to employ people who do such things.
